What is an ESOP?

Over time, more and more shares are allocated to the accounts. As the company grows and realizes success, the value of those shares increases.

How do employees become eligible for the ESOP?

You automatically enter our employee stock ownership Plan (ESOP) because you work for Frederick Derr & Company Inc. Your ESOP benefit is completely funded by the company. It costs you nothing, and its value and benefits is tied to the company’s success.
